Al Phillips truly believes that people and companies by default act with the best of intentions at hand. Having said that, DLI (Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute, formerly the IFI (International Fabricare Institute), periodically puts out a list of garments which may become damaged due to processing and or wear conditions that would normally not be an issue in most cases. By no means is this necessarily the fault of the manufacturer or the dry-cleaner for that matter. There are a myriad of reasons why these garments in particular become damaged and keeping you informed is our only objective. If the DLI includes information from the manufacturer or special instructions for processing that would minimize risk, we will be sure to pass those on for you to use at your discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you.
